Yes, FlexPaie has a reimbursement module that can support these types of operations… Unless the merchant you paid to has already collected the money, then only they can reimburse you.
There is no single cost as it depends on the usage itself. Fees range between 1% and 3.5% depending on whether you use a mobile money account or a bank card. Fees may vary from one operator to another.
To benefit from the FlexPaie payment service, the merchant must first subscribe to the service and integrate it into their e-commerce site (Contact: aide@flexpay.biz). If FlexPaie is not yet available from your merchant, you can suggest that they contact us or provide us with their contact details.
You must have an active account where you can receive money from your business and have a recognized commercial activity
FlexPaie is an application certified to international standards defined by the banking and financial payments industry (PCI: payment cards industry). FlexPaie was also developed with the participation of several banking and mobile money partners.
